Canada - Cyber Forces

Cyber attacks on the Western alliance are rising and the implications of a cyber attack at scale need attention. Cyber is the new sword and shield. There are no borders. It is a world where nation states, criminal organizations and NGO's vie for power - and there are no civilians and there is nowhere to hide in a connected, intelligent world. Cyber and AIification are redefining conventional military force and national security. This requires an organization and a doctrine response.
